Kip breathes fresh air into what at times seems to be a very dark legal system. After a serious injury at work, he was strongly recommended to me by several doctors. When it became apparent that my employer was working against me rather than supporting their injured worker, Kip joined my team and guided me through the long and arduous process of getting spinal surgery approved, then the even longer process of receiving the appropriate disability payment. He and his entire staff are wonderful: accessible and easy to talk to, friendly, supportive, sympathetic and encouraging, giving me a wonderful sense that someone was willing to fight for me when my life had been changed and I felt utterly abandoned by my long-term employer.
